Babysitter - Now Hiring

Looking for a long-term nanny (at least 1+ year) for my twin boys, born August 2026. I work from home, but will need childcare from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, sometimes Fridays. We have two friendly golden retrievers who are also in the home. We would like someone with their own car, as we live in a rural area. I'd like to prioritize someone who is experienced with twins, loves to spend time outdoors/on adventures, and can help me with light household work specifically for the babies (laundry, feeding).
