  As an Assistant Manager, your duties will include:

· Greet every guest with an enthusiastic Welcome to Moe's as they enter the restaurant.

· Lead team in preparing and serving food with a smile.

· Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to guests.

· Assist General Manager with recruiting, hiring and training all new employees.

· Assist with managing team member performance with clear feedback, recognition.

· Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are obeyed.

· Instruct staff on the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitation standards, and keep appropriate records.

· Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service.
 Requirements:

· Excellent communicator: Speaks and writes with a high degree of professionalism and credibility.

· Serv Safe Certified. Valid Driver's License.

· Hands-on management style is essential.

· Must enjoy building relationships and developing people.

· Ability to work any shift. 

· Self- motivated with strong organizational skills.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: weekdays

Preferred qualifications:

• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant back of house skills: expediting
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
