Daytime Host Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

The pay is $16 per hour PLUS tips.

We seek a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

**Duties:**

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness of the public restrooms

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required, must be over 18. 

• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong guest service orientation
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Ability to build positive guest relations
