Hospitality Host / Hostess | Upscale Dining & Nightlife

Job Overview:

PMB Talent Partners is seeking 10 professional, energetic Hosts and Hostesses for opportunities at a premier hospitality venue featuring three distinct experiences: an elegant fine dining restaurant, a lively casual restaurant, and an upscale nightlife club.

As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming experience while coordinating reservations, managing seating, and supporting smooth operations across all three areas.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Wage: $16.50 – $18.00 / hour (Based on experience)
• Additional Pay: Daily tip-share eligibility
• Position Type: Seasonal Contract (No benefits provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally while managing seating across the fine dining, casual dining, and nightlife areas.
• Manage reservations, walk ins, and VIP guest lists using the venue's reservation system.
• Coordinate with servers, security personnel, and management to support efficient seating and guest flow.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional host stations and entrance areas.
• Communicate wait times and seating updates clearly to guests.
• Provide attentive customer service while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
• Remain organized and composed during high volume periods.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor suitable for upscale dining and nightlife environments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule Availability:

• Full-time and part-time hours available.
• Must have flexible availability, including late-night weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
