What You’ll Be Doing

As a Host at Sunflower Caffé, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests see, setting the tone for their experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Assisting guests with seating arrangements and ensuring smooth table turnover.
• Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a seamless flow of service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both energy and professionalism to the role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of the job requirements.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
