At PABLO, we are dedicated to creating an unforgettable VIP experience for our guests. As a VIP Host, you will play a vital role in setting the energy and ambiance before the night begins. You will oversee table reservations and bottle service, while building strong relationships with our guests and the local community. If you are social, organized, and have a knack for turning connections into memorable nights, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VIP table reservations and bottle service bookings.
• Communicate with guests prior to their reservation, ensuring tables are ready upon arrival.
• Engage with Greek life, student organizations, and other groups to foster relationships and boost VIP reservations.
• Promote upcoming nights, events, and VIP availability.
• Build rapport with regulars and develop a robust network of PABLO guests.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate table pricing, availability, and special events.
• Lead and manage the VIP Server team during late-night service.
• Assign tables and maintain organization of bottle service throughout the night.
• Ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service from arrival to the end of the night.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, security, hosts, and management to ensure a smooth VIP experience.
• Track reservations, guest information, and VIP sales.
• Contribute to the growth of PABLO’s bottle service and VIP business.

Requirements

• Outgoing and confident personality.
• Strong connections within the local and college community are a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and comfortably reach out to new people.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Sales-minded approach without being pushy.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and guest experience.
• Evening, late-night, and weekend availability.
• Experience in restaurant, nightlife, hospitality, sales, or promotions is a plus.
