Caregiver Needed

non smoker, non fragrance wearer to do food prep at my home of chicken, fish, rice and eggs that is preped for a week of 2 meals a day that are cooked and frozen in my freezer. Infrequent errands to grocery store 5 minutes away. Possibly opportunity to add doing laundry in home washer and dryer if interested but food prep main thing. I am able bodied male of 75 who needs this help after wife passed away recently
