Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great nanny for our 3-month-old. My wife and I work full-time from home but need childcare in the home during work hours. We are looking for someone who will interact and engage with our baby, especially to help with language development (reading books, singing songs, responding to baby babbling). While we don't need general housekeeping, keeping the nursery clean and tidy is also ideal. Must be current on vaccinations and able to provide documentation (flu, MMR, Tdap especially). Spanish speaking is a plus.
