Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We need an interim nanny for our 3-year-old twins in Golden while their nanny is on maternity leave. They attend school during the day, however mom is an Emergency Medicine resident doctor and dad is a high school math teacher so we cannot accommodate daily drop offs and pick ups from school. Would love any consistent help that we can get. Periodically, mom will be able to pick up or drop off as her schedule changes. Additionally, will pay extra for an hour-ish of house work a day if you are able/willing to do so, however NOT a requirement!
