Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Syracuse. One is almost 3 and one is 20 months. We are potty training the almost 3-year-old and the 20-month-old is in diapers. We have a fenced in yard, so its easy to bring the kids outside. The younger child still naps, but the older one rarely does. The hours vary. Some days it would be full day, some days half day. We are looking for 3-4 days a week. Even if you could only do a couple days a week or certain hours, feel free to apply because we do have backup care. Your schedule would be provided a month in advance. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, valid license, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified.
