Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

My son is the coolest dude on the planet. He is non mobile and non verbal with a very positive personality and smart. Ideally someone with the ability to lift a small boy. He weighs roughly 85 pounds and ideal candidate will need to be able to lift, transfer and change/toilet. The ideal week will be very structured based on what is best for all parties, part time.
