Flexible Hours - Nanny Needed

We are looking for someone to help us out a couple days a week with child care for our daughter. We live in Steilacoom. We are thinking two longer days (maybe 10-4?) mid-week so mom can go to work and dad can work from home and then another couple hours on a third day. Our schedules have some variability but we can work with you to figure out what works best. We have two dogs and a cat which either can be out and about or put away depending on your comfort level.
