rateful Snacks LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Store Attendant.

We operate convenience and gift shops inside senior living and healthcare facilities, providing snacks, beverages, everyday essentials, and gifts to residents, employees, and visitors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can independently manage the day-to-day operations of a small retail store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, credit card, and payroll deduction transactions.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive deliveries, unpack merchandise, and restock inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and report items that need replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store.
• Assist residents, employees, and visitors with purchases and product questions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Complete daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Work independently and take initiative during slower periods.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, stock shelves, and lift merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to complete the background check and fingerprinting required to work within the facility.
