We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators. Whether you're starting your career in manufacturing or bringing previous production experience, this is an opportunity to develop valuable technical skills in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do

As a Production Operator, you'll help manufacture and inspect small, precision components using specialized equipment and tools.

• Operate and assist with production equipment, including ultrasonic machines, grinders, ovens, cutting equipment, and forming stations.
• Work with small, detailed components that require steady hands and precision.
• Use microscopes and measuring tools to inspect products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality parts.
• Track production quantities, materials, and quality results.
• Help maintain equipment and keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with your teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to succeed here. We're looking for the right attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small, delicate parts.
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

What to Expect

This is a hands-on manufacturing position where precision and consistency matter.

• You'll primarily work seated at a workstation, handling small parts and using microscopes and specialized equipment.
• Some tasks require repetitive hand movements and sustained visual attention.
• Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of items up to 30 pounds may be required. Assistance is provided for heavier items.
• You'll work in a manufacturing environment where appropriate safety procedures and protective equipment are required, including when handling certain chemicals.
