Home Care PCA LLC is currently hiring Direct Service Workers (DSWs) to provide compassionate, dependable care and support to individuals in their homes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

DSWs are responsible for providing quality care and support, which may include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Providing personal care and assistance as needed
• Supporting clients with maintaining a safe and healthy home environment
• Following the client's individual plan of care
• Completing required documentation and progress notes
• Properly using the EVV system for clocking in and out
• Communicating important changes or concerns to the supervisor
• Treating every client with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion
