Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team in East Orange, New Jersey. As a Director of Nursing, you will play a vital role in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of licensed nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional care to our residents

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols

• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, quality of care, and patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

• Provide guidance, support, and education to nursing staff to enhance their skills and competencies

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for staff development

• Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication among staff, residents, and families

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Director or in a similar leadership role

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
