Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties.

Evaluate residential comfort and energy concerns and document useful recommendations for homeowners and the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the home and relevant heating, cooling, insulation, and air-sealing conditions.
- Perform diagnostic testing within your qualifications and the company's approved scope.
- Prepare accurate findings and explain recommended next steps.
- Coordinate audit information with sales and installation teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant home-energy assessment, building-science, or diagnostic experience.
- Ability to use testing equipment and keep clear, accurate records.
- Relevant BPI or other credentials are helpful.

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000 in annual earning potential, based on work volume and performance.
