Republican Political Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time)

POLITICAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES SUPPORTING THE REPUBLICAN PARTY 

We are looking for Call Center Representatives to support the "Get out the Vote" effort on behalf of the Republican Party.

As a Political Call Center Representative, you will make outbound calls to individual across the country as part of voter outreach campaigns. You will follow campaign guidelines and approved scripts, engage callers in professional conversations, answer questions where applicable and accurately document interactions in the required systems. 

You should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of people, staying focused during high-volume calling and handling conversations professionally even when opinions differ. 

Schedules vary by site and project. This is an entry-level position and prior contact center experience is not required. Customer service, sales, technical support or contact center experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls as part of voter outreach campaigns
• Follow approved scripts, campaign guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Engage callers in professional and respectful conversations
• Accurately document call outcomes in the required systems
• Answer questions and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain confidentiality when handling personal information
• Attend required training and meetings
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule requirements
