Part-Time Call Center Agent
Company: Anserfone l Location: Memphis, TN (In-Office) l Pay: $16/hr

Anserfone is seeking dependable and empathetic Call Center Agents to join our growing team! In this role, you will deliver courteous, polished, and top-tier service to callers across various industries, including healthcare practices, residential communities, and corporate clients. This is a 100% inbound position, so no sales, telemarketing, or cold calls. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training from day one to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.

Day-to-Day:

• Field incoming calls efficiently while maintaining a warm, positive, and supportive tone.
• Accurately document caller details, relay urgent messages, and transfer calls appropriately.
• Navigate our internal call software to address caller inquiry needs swiftly.
• Maintain consistency in meeting key performance and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette with a warm, professional manner.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (including accurate spelling and grammar).
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to type 35+ WPM.
• High reliability, strong work ethic, and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays (we are a 24/7/365 operation).
