Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide at Autumn Lake at Bridge Park. Support the daily flow of a skilled nursing rehabilitation department by keeping treatment spaces ready, helping residents get to therapy, and assisting clinicians with routine department needs.

What You'll Do

• Set up treatment areas and gather equipment requested by therapists.

• Sanitize therapy equipment and maintain clean, organized spaces between sessions.

• Transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department as directed by clinical staff and within your training.

• Restock supplies and notify the team when equipment needs attention.

• Assist with scheduling communication, filing, and other administrative tasks.

• Relay resident requests or concerns promptly to the appropriate therapist or nursing staff.

Qualifications
