We are looking for an energetic and reliable Team Member to join our crew! In this role, you will be the face and flavor of our pizzeria. You will handle everything from greeting customers and taking orders to preparing high-quality pizzas and maintaining a spotless kitchen. Whether you are working the prep line, the oven, or the register, your main goal is to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to our standard recipes. Stretch dough, build pizzas accurately, and monitor the oven to ensure a perfect bake.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately (in-person and over the phone), and handle cash/POS transactions efficiently.
• Order Management: Pack orders securely for takeout and delivery, ensuring all sides, drinks, and utensils are included.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean work station, wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, and follow all local food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with the right attitude!
• Pace: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented mindset.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30–50 lbs (like flour sacks), and work safely around hot ovens.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
