Job Requirements:
Strong Safety Mindset
Valid Drivers License and vehicle in good working condition to get to work
Prefer 1-yr minimum experience in a Paper Mill
Strong Mechnical Aptitude
Strong Communication Skills
Highly Motivated, self-starter
Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Able to learn basic labwork
Live within 45-minutes of the PCA I-Falls Paper Mill
Ability to work some on-call work on Nights and Weekends
Position will be 20-40hrs per week.
Pay Range of $30-$35/hr. depending on experience.
ACTUAL LOCATION: International Falls, MN Compensation Target pay rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Work Location Primary work site: PCA 3390 2nd St, International Falls, MN https://www.packagingcorp.com Travel Requirements Minimal travel is required for this position. This facility will serve as the employee's primary work location. Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of the mill to be considered for the role. Position Summary This position is based at the PCA mill located in International Falls, MN. The successful candidate will primarily support operations at this site with only occasional travel required. Local candidates who live within a 45-minute commute of the facility are strongly preferred. The target pay range for this role is $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
