Roofer / Roof Repair Tech, $200-$250/Day (2+ Years Experience)

About Us

Roof Savers Austin specializes in residential roof repairs, maintenance, and roof preservation using our own RENUEiT17 roof restoration system. We’re looking for experienced roof repair techs to work our jobs alongside our lead technician.

You’ll work on our jobs for our customers at a set day rate. We are not looking for someone to take over repair work as their own sub, bid jobs, or bring in their own customers.

Compensation

$200-$250 per day, based on experience and skill
Paid weekly

Responsibilities

Find the source of roof leaks and decide on the right repair
Inspect roofs and identify what needs to be fixed
Do residential roof repairs on our jobs
Replace shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots, ridge caps, and other components
Work on asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and TPO roofs
Help prep roofs for RENUEiT17 restoration and apply the coating (we’ll show you how)
Take before-and-after photos of finished work with your phone
Keep the job site clean and safe
Be professional with homeowners

What You Need

At least 2 years of roof repair experience (required)
Proven experience finding leaks and identifying the right repair (required)
Comfortable working on steep roofs and ladders
Able to lift 75 pounds
Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
Shows up on time, every time
Willing to follow our repair standards and process
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and photos
Able to communicate clearly in English

Preferred (not required)

Your own basic hand tools and safety gear
Roof coating, commercial spraying, or painting experience
Soft washing or pressure washing experience
Basic carpentry skills

What We're Looking For

Someone who knows roofs, shows up when they say they will, and does clean work. If you can find a leak and fix it right the first time, we want to hear from you.
