Restaurant Line Cook

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Line Cook to support grill, sauté, fryer, and multiple kitchen stations in a full-service and high-volume fast-casual environment. Reporting to the executive chef, sous chef, kitchen manager, or chef-owner, this role focuses on consistent food preparation, quality plating, food safety, and meticulous kitchen cleanliness. Bilingual communication or the ability to speak Spanish is required. This position offers an advancement path toward sous chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for grill, sauté, fryer, and other kitchen stations.
• Plate dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices.
• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas throughout service.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills or the ability to speak Spanish.
• Commitment to thorough kitchen cleaning and food safety.

• One or more years of line cooking experience.
• Knife skills.
• Grill cooking experience.
• Fryer operation experience.
