Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in Cath Lab. EP/structural heart experience is not required. Coil embolization and ablation skills are required. Peripheral procedures, venous access, and hemodynamic monitoring are required. Community hospital experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Stroke/IR experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: If you have RCIS, state license is not required. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Parking costs: Hang-tag: $10.00, key-cards: $35.00, $38 per pay period at the hospital, or $16 per pay period for parking at St. Anne’s.

Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. The lab supports cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology procedures. Cases include TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, MitraClip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology, diagnostic and interventional neuro, and IR.

Shift & Scheduling: Call is required Monday-Friday and Saturday/Sunday. Weekday call: 1730-0700. Weekend/holiday call: 0700-0700. Call frequency: 10-14 call shifts within 42 day schedule.

Floating Requirements: Floats between specialties in the lab.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
