General Production - Now Hiring

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a General Production to join their team. As a General Production, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow written instructions, and the drive to work safely and consistently as part of a team.

Job Title: General Production

Location: Bogalusa, LA

Pay Range: 17.00

Shift: Weekly Rotating Shift (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)

What's the Job?

• Safely operate machinery in a production environment while following established safety procedures.
• Practice strong housekeeping habits to keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for production.
• Read and follow factory orders to ensure the correct work is completed in the right sequence.
• Set up orders, which may include carrying tooling, and prepare for production runs.
• Perform basic shop math and quality checks by accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to safely operate machinery and follow safety expectations every shift.
• Ability to practice housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Ability to read factory orders and accurately complete quality and administrative document checks.
• Comfort using basic shop math, including accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, with a stable work history, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
