Are you an experienced LPN or RN with tracheostomy and ventilator care experience looking for a rewarding one-on-one nursing opportunity? We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide care for a patient in New Freedom, PA in the comfort of their home.

Position Highlights

Available Shifts

• Monday & Tuesday Day Shift
• Evening Shifts Available Daily
• 2–3 Overnight Shifts Available Each Week

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for a patient with a tracheostomy and ventilator
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Manage trach and ventilator equipment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team
• Educate family members and caregivers as appropriate

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Experience with trach and ventilator care preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
