Birch Agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate School Psychologists to provide services to students across multiple school districts throughout Michigan for the 2026-2027 school year.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting students' academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health success. School Psychologists will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessment, consultation, intervention, and support services that help students thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.

• Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.

• Provide consultation and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and families.

• Support the development and implementation of behavioral and academic interventions.

• Monitor student progress and assist with data-driven decision-making.

• Promote positive mental health and social-emotional development within school settings.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification/licensure.

• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing evaluation reports.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

• School-based experience preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and educational teams.
