Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager oversees restaurant operations across fast-casual, quick-service, and full-service environments. Reporting to an area director or district manager, this role leads small single-shift teams, multiple shift teams, multi-unit support structures, or large hourly workforces with department leads while driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations across fast-casual, quick-service, or full-service environments.
• Lead restaurant teams across single or multiple shifts, including department leads and hourly employees.
• Develop staff schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Provide team leadership, employee training, and performance support.
• Build strong guest relations and maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory, vendors, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Control operating costs and monitor sales performance.
• Oversee bar management, financial reporting, and profit and loss performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
