Night Shift | Medical/Surgical Unit

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care on our Medical/Surgical Unit during the night shift.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
• For LPNs, perform nursing duties within the scope of practice as outlined by the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN or LPN license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Medical/Surgical experience preferred but not required.
