What We’re Looking For in a Restaurant General Manager:

·        Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on, current experience in a polished, upscale, high-volume, trendy environment

·        Passion for Service: A commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience with a focus on hospitality

·        Team Development: Ability to lead and develop a strong team

·        Sales Growth: Track record of growing sales and meeting or exceeding goals

·        Lead and inspire: Manage all service teams and work seamlessly with the kitchen staff
