Host Hostesses

The Host/Hostess will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and organized experience for guests at our casual dining establishment. Responsible for managing guest reception, seating arrangements, and reservation processes, this position requires strong communication and multitasking skills to maintain a smooth flow during high foot traffic periods, including evenings and weekends. Also, Take Togo Orders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests promptly and courteously
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
• Take initial food and drink orders when needed
• Maintain an inviting and clean ambiance in the host area and dining space
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Resolve guest issues tactfully to ensure a positive dining experience
• Perform cleaning and organizational duties as assigned
• Collaborate closely with team members to support overall restaurant operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Conflict resolution and time management skills
• Teamwork and collaboration experience
• Basic math proficiency and familiarity with POS systems
