Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Processing Associates in New Castle, DE to support a secure collectibles facility that stores, processes, and ships sports cards and trading cards.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, hands-on warehouse work with a 4-day workweek. No specialized experience is required. If you are comfortable using a handheld scanner, following step-by-step instructions, and staying active throughout your shift, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

Day Shift: $17/hour

• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Night Shift: $18/hour

• 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

Available 4-day schedule rotations include:

• Wednesday - Saturday
• Sunday - Wednesday
• Friday - Monday
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

What You'll Do

• Pick and put away sports cards, trading cards, and other collectible items
• Use a handheld scanner to locate and process inventory
• Follow on-screen scanner instructions to maintain inventory accuracy
• Pack and label customer orders for shipment
• Climb ladders with safety rails throughout the shift to access storage locations
• Perform repetitive picking, packing, stocking, and processing tasks accurately

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Able to read a handheld scanner and follow step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable climbing ladders with safety rails multiple times per shift
• Able to work a 10-hour, 4-day schedule
• No planned time off during the first 30 days

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, stocking, assembly, or inventory experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
• Interest in sports cards, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus
