Quality Assurance Technician (Night Shift)

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for verifying the quality of in-process and finished products, for providing direct support to Operations, and for performing area audits and other tasks that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are safe, legal, and of excellent quality.
• Perform in-process testing according to control plans.
• Review and verify all documentation for completed Job Packs.
• Verify Changeovers/Startups (CO/SU) with the Team Lead.
• Conduct weekly Area Audits.
• Enter nonconformances and ensure correct labeling.
• Record rework instructions on STOP! control tickets.
• Provide shift support to Operations, including troubleshooting assistance.
• Log daily observations into the QA logbook.
• Enter sample testing results into Excel and upload to SharePoint.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on risk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
