Companion Care Needed

My dad is currently in the hospital after a tough fight with 2 cases of sepsis in two months. Hopefully he will be going to skilled nursing rehab for a month after he's discharged. After that, he lives alone in Ione and I can't provide the care he will (most likely) need. Personal care required, including preparing meals, showering/changing/hygiene care. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction, supporting post-rehab acclamation (facilitating prescribed exercises and medication) and potentially driving to occasional appointments.
