Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / LPN / LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide clinical support in an outpatient family care practice. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable assisting physicians with examinations, procedures, and routine clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and laboratory tests within certification scope.
• Measure and record patients' vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and clinical procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain adequate supplies.
• Support patient phone calls and provide instructions as directed by the physician.
• Maintain medical records, referral forms, laboratory slips, and other documentation.
• Help patients prepare for examinations and treatments.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of formal Medical Assistant education or specialized training.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Medical Assistant experience in a medical setting.
• Current Medical Assistant certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle stressful situations professionally.
