- Develop dashboards and financial reports for executive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop RCM staff while collaborating with finance, clinical, compliance, and IT teams.
- Drive process improvements that strengthen revenue performance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
-> Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive revenue cycle management experience, including significant behavioral health RCM experience.
- At least 2 years of senior-level management experience.
- Required hands-on experience with Netsmart/myAvatar EHR systems.
- Experience with Florida Medicaid and Florida Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs).
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, denial management, A/R, collections, coding, and billing compliance.
- Experience with provider enrollment, payer credentialing, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Proven ability to analyze RCM data, develop KPIs, and improve financial performance.
- Experience improving EHR billing configurations and claims workflows.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and change-management skills.
