Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking Equipment Operators for 1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities. The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks. This role supports daily warehouse operations by moving, staging, and organizing inventory with accuracy and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities - Operate a cherry picker for order picking and inventory movement
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
- Operate a reach truck for high-bay picking and storage
- Use a handheld WMS device to scan, update, and track inventory
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Experience operating a cherry picker, forklift, and reach truck
- Proficiency using handheld WMS/RF scanning devices
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
