Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Fort Wayne. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I need a flexible sitter for my son who will be 4 months soon. My husband and I work full-time and so when our normal sitter isn't available we need a back up. Mainly for when she goes on vacations and an occasional Wednesday each month. We have two friendly and loving dogs (lab mix and Aussie). Main duties would be to feed, change, and look after the baby. Start time would be around 0630 until about 3:30-4:30.
