Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for occasionally recurring/as-needed childcare for 1 child in Bend. Energetic, creative, loving nearly 4y/o boy. We are looking for coverage for things like date nights, doctor appointments, work schedule changes, etc. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is CPR certified.
