Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for reliable nanny for 1 child (autistic/minimal non-verbal) located in Jamaica but commutes to school in Manhattan and attends a special needs after school program in Bayside. I would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified, experienced working with special needs kids or worked in the field with a college degree or certification.
