Front Page Agency Inc. is expanding throughout Arizona and is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Phoenix team as Entry-Level Account Managers — Customer Acquisition.

Our Arizona operation supports telecommunications customer acquisition and market-growth initiatives. As we expand into new territories, we're developing individuals who can begin by mastering customer acquisition and sales before progressing into account leadership, team development, and market management responsibilities.

The Role

\n

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, your initial focus will be new customer acquisition.

\n

You'll work directly with prospective customers, represent telecom services, identify customer needs, explain available solutions, and help grow our client's customer base throughout the Arizona market.

\n

This is a customer-facing sales position, not a traditional desk-based account management role.

\n

As you demonstrate performance and leadership ability, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility involving account development, training, campaign performance, and team leadership.

What You'll Do

• Acquire new customers through face-to-face sales and customer engagement
\n
• Represent telecommunications products and services professionally
\n
• Educate prospective customers on available services, promotions, and solutions
\n
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
\n
• Develop relationships with prospective and new customers
\n
• Support customer retention and overall account satisfaction
\n
• Track customer acquisition and account performance
\n
• Meet individual and team sales objectives
\n
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
\n
• Collaborate with leadership on territory and market expansion
\n
• Learn campaign operations from customer acquisition through account development
\n
