Job Summary
Join The Train Shed’s festive holiday pop-up, "Sleigh Shed," as a seasonal bartender! We’re seeking experienced bartenders to deliver outstanding guest service in a lively, high-volume, cocktail-forward environment during our busiest time of year. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, work with a dynamic hospitality team, and earn great tips in a popular downtown St. Louis destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Operations
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
• Guest Service
  • Provide exceptional, friendly, and timely service to all guests
  • Engage with guests to enhance their holiday experience
  • Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately (experience with Toast a plus, but not required)
• Teamwork
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Support fellow bartenders and servers during peak hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused bar or full-service restaurant
• Strong cocktail knowledge and technical bartending skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy sports bar or restaurant environment
• Must be available for full-time seasonal shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older
