Senior Caregiver

I need transportation to take a dear friend who lives in Lafayette Assisted Living to a church in Broomfield, approx. 5. 5 miles. She will remain in her wheelchair, and the chair needs to be secured a wheelchair-accessible van. Pickup will be on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. ; the return ride will be at 12 p.m. Once a month pickup time will be 8:00 a.m. Thank you in advance!
