About who needs care: Stroke - difficulty communicating but understands you. He enjoyed hiking, bike riding, skydiving, scuba diving, weight lifting, travel He wakes up around 7:30-8:00 a.m. takes a shower gets dressed, makes his own breakfast, brushes his teeth, shaves, then starts doing his exercises, then speech, until lunch then takes a nap after lunch. About the care needs: My husband likes upbeat, he was very athletic prior to having the stroke. Person just needs to assist with his PT, speech and making lunch. occasionally taking him to his appointments Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
