Food Production Team / Packaging

POSITION –Production Team Member / Packaging

JOB LOCATION –Cadott, WI

STARTING DATE –Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM –Temp-to-hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE –Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –1st shift (6am-2:30pm M-F) *OT may be required by staying until 4:30pm

STARTING PAY –$16.00/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION –High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –2 years related experience preferred

The basic function of a Team Member is to assist in the packaging and labeling of quality products in a timelyand accurate manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Cleanliness and product handling

- Identifying and labeling products and containers

- Packaging product using vacuum sealers

- Documenting product processes accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to lift/carry/push/pull/move up to 50lbs

Read and write English at high school level

Able to stand/be on feet for 8 hours at a time

Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Needs to understand how to deal effectively with people

Must have ability to understand production quotas and labor efficiency

Basic Mechanical Knowledge

Must be able to count and copy figures to reports and use scales
