What you’ll do

• Use high-reach and sit-down forklifts to move, stage, and store materials efficiently.
• Load/unload incoming and outbound trucks and containers with accuracy.
• Perform routine equipment checks; escalate maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Keep your area clean and organized to maintain safe operations.
• Work with leads and coworkers to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures when operating equipment.
• Assist with inventory control tasks such as cycle counting.

What you bring

• Current forklift certification covering both Reach Truck and Sit-Down units.
• Previous warehouse/industrial forklift experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Self-starter who collaborates well within a team.
• Solid communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
