Host/Hostess

About the Role:
Wings Over Sanger is looking for a friendly and energetic Host/Hostess to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors in Sanger, TX! This is your chance to set the tone for an amazing dining experience and be a key part of a fun, fast-paced restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists and seating charts to ensure efficient table turnover
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries
• Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed during busy periods
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

• Previous hosting, customer service, or restaurant experience preferred
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
