Babysitter Needed

I'm a single father in Nokomis looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny for my 18-month-old son. He is a sweet, curious, and active little boy who loves playing, exploring, and learning new things. I share custody 50/50, so childcare is needed only on certain days, including some weekends. My work schedule sometimes requires early mornings, with care starting around 57 a.m. and potentially lasting until 5 p.m. Responsibilities include meals, diaper changes, playtime, naps, and maintaining a safe, loving environment. Flexibility, reliability, and toddler experience are very important. I'm also open to discussing a live-in arrangement with the right person.
