Before School or After School Work - Now Hiring

I'm looking for someone who can greet my children after school, bring structure to after school routine with snack, homework time (help on occasion ), getting them outside and ready for sports activities and possibly dropping one off at end of day if needed. Would like couple hours per day focused on household organization (light laundry, organizing needs around the home and helping to tidy up/keep it clean after school, and maintain household.)
